Job summary

YYC GST Consultants Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Officer to support growth by promoting our taxPOD e-learning platform to SMEs and corporate clients, driving new business through cold calls, referrals, and digital channels.

You will conduct market research, present platform features, cross-sell services like tax planning and audit support, and build lasting relationships to ensure ongoing engagement, with opportunities for career progression and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English;华语 is a plus; own transport and willingness to travel required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market YYC taxPOD's tax e-learning platform to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Drive client acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market YYC taxPOD's tax e-learning platform to SMEs and corporate clients
• Drive client acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand business needs
• Present and demonstrate platform features and benefits to prospective clients
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services such as tax planning, advisory, and audit support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Good command of English and 华语 is an added advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
