Job summary

YYC GST Consultants Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive Business Officer in Kuala Lumpur to drive client acquisition and promote the company’s taxPOD e-learning platform to SMEs and corporations.

You will conduct market research, present platform features, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply alongside 1–3 years of sales experience.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Good command of English and 华语 (Mandarin) an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market YYC taxPOD’s tax e-learning platform to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Drive client acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand business needs.
• Present and demonstrate platform features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services such as tax planning, advisory, and audit support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Officer to support our business growth. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting the company’s professional services to potential clients

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market YYC taxPOD’s tax e-learning platform to SMEs and corporate clients

Drive client acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand business needs

Present and demonstrate platform features and benefits to prospective clients

Cross-sell and upsell additional services such as tax planning, advisory, and audit support

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing

Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude

Good command of English and 华语 is an added advantage

Possess own transport and willing to travel
