Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Development Executive – Microsoft Modern Workplace to drive growth around AI (Copilot), Microsoft Security solutions, and M365 offerings for enterprise customers in Singapore.

You will collaborate with solution architects and ecosystem partners to identify needs, shape proposals, and close opportunities that deliver measurable business value across AI, security, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably with Microsoft M365, Copilot, AI and cybersecurity or cloud security domains.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft M365 platform technologies and AI capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with partner ecosystems or MS field teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure focusing on Microsoft M365, AI and Security opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Microsoft teams to co-sell and co-develop customer engagement strategies.
• Promote and position Microsoft Workspace, AI and Security solutions including Copilot, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Architects and Delivery Teams to develop proposals, solution designs, and pricing.
• Drive joint go-to-market activities with Microsoft including customer workshops and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other SoftwareOne business units to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.
