Job summary
Noventiq Malaysia seeks a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to design, deploy and migrate Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions for external customers. You will lead solution design, perform complex migrations, and mentor engineers across projects.
You will collaborate with Solution Sales and Project Managers to translate requirements into scalable technical designs, and you will drive hybrid identity configurations and Intune/Autopilot deployments in production environments.
Qualifications
- Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace in production environments.
- Experience delivering migrations from Google Workspace or on-prem Exchange to Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to design and deliver hybrid identity configurations (Entra Connect, SSO).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and project managers to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Architect, deploy and migrate to Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions including Exchange Online and Teams.
- Lead hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations and provide POC engagements.
- Deliver project documentation, and mentor Modern Workplace engineers.
