Job summary

Flowtec Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to own new business across the Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio in Malaysia, including M365, Copilot/AI, and Security. You will build and manage your own pipeline, close enterprise opportunities, and collaborate with technical and presales teams to craft proposals that land with IT leaders and business decision-makers.

• Ability to position and sell the full Modern Workplace portfolio credibly.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem.
• Position Modern Workplace, Copilot/AI, and Security as a connected story for the client.
• Build and own your pipeline with accountability for closing.
• Partner with technical and presales teams to shape proposals that land.
• Represent Flowtec Group to enterprise clients across the full commercial cycle.
