About The Role
With the continued expansion of our Sleep and Diagnostics business, our commercial activities and responsibilities have increased significantly across reseller management, sales coordination, business development, customer support and principal management.
We are looking for a Business Executive to support the growing commercial workload and drive effective follow‑up and execution across our Sleep and Diagnostics product portfolio.
The role will work closely with resellers, customers, principals and internal teams to support sales growth, strengthen account management, expand our reseller network and ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
The role will also support the management of principal and distributor agreements and coordinate service centre activities related to our Sleep and Diagnostics products.
Key Responsibilities
4. Principal & Distributor Management
- Reseller & Account Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with resellers and key customers for Sleep and Diagnostics products.
- Follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
- Monitor reseller performance and ensure timely follow‑up on agreed actions.
- Strengthen relationships with existing resellers and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed promptly.
- Sales & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate sales activities, orders, quotations and customer enquiries.
- Track sales opportunities, sales pipeline and follow‑up activities.
- Monitor sales targets and commercial performance for the Sleep and Diagnostics portfolio.
- Prepare regular sales and business updates for management.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, service and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Business Development
- Support the expansion of the reseller network for Sleep and Diagnostics products.
- Identify and develop potential resellers, customers and business partners.
- Research market opportunities and gather competitors and market intelligence.
- Support product launches, commercial campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Sleep and Diagnostics business across existing and new markets.
- Support the management of principal and distributor agreements.
- Coordinate with principals on sales targets, business plans, product activities and commercial requirements.
- Monitor key contractual commitments and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Prepare sales reports and business updates for principals.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, commercial terms and related documentation.
- Service Centre Coordination
- Coordinate service centre activities related to Sleep and Diagnostics products.
- Monitor service requests, repairs and customer follow‑up.
- Coordinate between customers, resellers, service teams and principals to ensure timely resolution.
- Track service issues and elevate matters where required.
- Support improvements in service processes and customer experience.
- Commercial Reporting & Support
- Maintain accurate records of customers, resellers, sales opportunities and commercial activities.
- Prepare sales and business reports to support management decision-making.
- Monitor commercial activities and highlight opportunities or areas requiring attention.
- Support management in strategic and higher-value commercial initiatives.
- Provide hands‑on support for day-to-day commercial activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or commercial operations.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics or distribution is preferred.
