Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Johor Bahru manufacturing operations and supporting hiring across Singapore and Australia.

You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines for critical roles, and champion diversity and an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market and regional hiring.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing talent in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring across a range of role types, from operational to leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders.
• Experience supporting graduate, early career or workforce development hiring programs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of broader APAC talent markets, especially Singapore and Australia, would be advantageous.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across our Global Supply Chain portfolio, with a primary focus on our growing manufacturing operations in Johor Bahru, while also supporting hiring across Singapore and Australia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the workforce behind one of the region's fastest-growing manufacturing operations. Partnering closely with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders, you'll play a key role in attracting talent across a diverse range of operational, technical and specialist roles.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver hiring strategies and end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.

Support hiring across Johor Bahru, Singapore and Australia.

Build talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent in competitive labour markets.

Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning conversations.

Support graduate, early career and workforce development initiatives.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and a high-quality, efficient hiring process.

Champion diversity, inclusion and employer branding initiatives that strengthen Resmed's reputation as an employer of choice.

Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to align hiring activity with business priorities

What You’ll Bring

Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.

Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market, with experience supporting manufacturing, engineering or operations hiring within the region.

Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing talent in competitive markets.

Experience hiring across a range of role types, from repeatable operational hiring through to specialist and leadership recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders.

Experience supporting graduate, early career or workforce development hiring programs is highly desirable.

Knowledge of broader APAC talent markets, particularly Singapore and Australia, would be advantageous.

A proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Ability to balance strategic talent advisory work with hands-on recruitment execution.
