Job summary

HRnetGoup in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and secure new Employee Benefits opportunities through intermediary channels. You will develop strategies to hit sales and revenue targets and collaborate with underwriting, operations and claims to deliver client solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a proven track record in sales growth, and a self-motivated, commercially driven approach with solid presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits/ Group Insurance/ Corporate Solutions under Business Development function.
• Strong stakeholders management in building business rapport with external business partners brokers
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Self motivated, commercially driven with good presentation skills.
