Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, economics or related field.
• 10 years of experience in business development, sales, tendering or client management in construction, engineering, M&E, HVAC or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering projects, contracts and tender processes.
• Established network within construction/engineering industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, project visits and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, engineering, M&E, HVAC and related projects.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Generate new leads through networking, industry events, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals and company profiles to potential clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders and opportunities; coordinate tender submissions with estimating, engineering and project teams.
• Review tender requirements and participate in negotiations and contract discussions.
• Conduct market intelligence and identify trends to strengthen market position.
• Explore strategic partnerships and opportunities for market expansion.
