Enjoy talking to people and curious about how businesses hire? Get hands‑on experience in business development, client meetings, and recruitment with our BD team.

What You’ll Do

Call companies to identify key contacts and collect their business contact details—we’ll provide a script.

Share leads with Marketing for email campaigns.

Research potential clients and their hiring needs.

Schedule online or face‑to‑face client meetings.

Prepare company profiles and meeting materials, and join meetings to learn about different industries.

Help prepare service agreements and client onboarding documents.

Create and update job openings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Keep client records and shared‑drive documents organised.

Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates.

What You’ll Learn

Confident communication and client handling.

Using an ATS and managing business documents.
