PECB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to track prospecting activities, build client relationships, and develop market strategies.
You will craft presentation scripts, source qualified leads, and negotiate terms with partners while analyzing market dynamics to identify new opportunities. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Track all business development and prospecting activities.
Build relationships with potential customers through different communication channels; emails, strategic telephone conversations, etc.
Create scripts for presentations and conversations based on specific market segments, with strong presentation skills to deliver them effectively.
Search out qualified leads from a variety of sources.
Develop negotiating strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Perform regular market analysis - identifies and targets new and existing services, opportunities, and market changes/conditions.
Identify and develop opportunities in untapped markets and regions, implementing strategies to establish PECB's presence and drive business growth.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional English.
Other languages are considered as advantage.
Strong research and analytical skills, and an incredible attentiveness to detail(s).
Work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think outside the box, and be able to follow up in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task at a high pace, dynamic environment.
A good business sense, strong negotiation skills, and a positive attitude. Work well independently with minimum supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
