Business Development Executive (Solar Sales - C&I)

Job summary

TERA in Subang Jaya is seeking aSales professional to generate new leads, pitch products, and secure client contracts within the renewable energy sector. You will maintain relationships with new and existing clients, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate meetings and presentations.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus the ability to travel and work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in marketing related courses / engineering / science / finance or its equivalent.
• Preferrable 2 years' experience in sales / sales management.
• Preferably with sales experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
• Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.
• Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company.
• Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, self-starter.

Responsibilities
