Pawxie Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our veterinary business across North and East Malaysia. You will build relationships with veterinary clinics, identify opportunities, drive sales growth and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Plan and carry out monthly sales visits to veterinary clinics and identify new clinics.
• Visit Veterinary clinics to present products, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Assist customers with the ordering process from account opening to after-sales support.
• Handle client concerns and negotiate to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Keep clients updated on promotions, launches and events.
• Coordinate with Technical Team for product training sessions.

Business Development Executive (North and East Malaysia)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow our business within the veterinary industry.

The role focuses on developing strong relationships with veterinary clinics, identifying business opportunities, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships and working towards sales targets, this could be a good fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Plan and carry out monthly sales visits to existing veterinary clinics, while identifying and reaching out to potential veterinary clinics. Understand their needs and plan the right approach to grow the business.
• Visit Veterinary clinics in person to introduce and present our products, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Assist customers with the overall ordering process, from account opening and product enquiries to order processing and after-sales support.
• Handle customer concerns and negotiate with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Keep clients updated on our latest promotions, new product launches and upcoming events.
• Work closely with our Technical Team to arrange product training sessions for veterinary clinics.
• Stay updated on our products as well as competitor products so you can better understand the market and identify sales opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in any Science background or any related field.
• Experience in sales or business development is an added advantage. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow are also welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting clients and conducting product presentations.
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage your own sales activities.
• Good command of English.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel for client visits and business activities.
