SAN TAI PLASTIC INDUSTRY (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand domestic and regional markets in Malaysia. You will build partnerships, analyze markets, and drive product collaborations with cross-functional teams.

The role offers training for fresh graduates and requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel locally and abroad is expected.

Formación

• Education: at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent.
• Language skills: English and Malay; Mandarin and local dialects advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cross-company product collaborations for domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to forecast future needs.
• Execute sales activities for domestic and regional export markets.
• Collaborate with Production on new product development, launches, and promotions.
• Prepare budgets for sales and marketing advertising and promotions, half-yearly and yearly.
• Willing to travel locally, to outstations, and overseas for sales and marketing.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• Job Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cross-company product collaborations for both domestic and international markets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to forecast future market needs.
• Sales Execution: Follow through on all sales activities related to the domestic and regional export markets.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Production departments on new product development, product launches, and promotional events.
• Budgeting & Strategy: Prepare half-yearly and yearly budgets for Sales & Marketing advertising and promotional strategies.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally, outstation, and overseas for Sales & Marketing activities.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
• Job Requirements: Education: Possess at least an SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or an equivalent field.
• Language Skills: English, Malay, and proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is a strong advantage to effectively communicate and negotiate with local distributors and regional clients.
