SummitNext is seeking a Business Development Executive fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English to expand the client base. The role blends telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring proactive outreach, event attendance, and CRM upkeep.

You will identify leads, attend events, present SummitNext's services to prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for proposals. Growth into a senior BD role is offered in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality required.
• 1–5 years in telemarketing, sales or business development.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken) with strong English (spoken and written).
• Able to cold call and proactively reach out.
• Willing to attend events and meet clients in person.
• Independent, proactive mindset with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and social channels.
• Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. This role involves a mix of telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable engaging with potential clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and social channels
• Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads
• Present SummitNext's services confidently to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information

Requirements:

• Nationality: Malaysian
• Experience: 1–5 years in telemarketing, sales, or business development
• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Willing to attend events and meet clients in person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, well-spoken, and able to build rapport easily
• Independent thinker with a self-driven and proactive mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior Business Development role

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in frontline sales or client-facing roles
• Exposure to BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries (not mandatory)
