Job summary

CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities in Malaysia. You will build relationships with prospective clients, analyze market trends and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in business development or freight forwarding, with strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in freight forwarding.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
