Job summary

JUMP RETAIL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive for December 2026. The role involves supporting the Business Development team with administrative tasks, managing key client accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating with Finance and Operations to ensure timely project delivery.

You will conduct market research, maintain accurate client records, and help identify growth opportunities across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, Administration, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, merchandising, or manpower-related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
