Job summary

Yongyang Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional in Malaysia to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present tailored energy-saving solutions. You will collaborate across marketing, technical, and operations teams to bring ideas to life.

The role requires at least 2 years in BD or sales, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay. Fresh graduates with drive are welcome too.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong communication and people skills with clients.
Confident in presentations and negotiations.
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
Go-getter with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social platforms, and outreach.
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Present tailored solutions that help customers save energy and money.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to implement ideas.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor insights, and technologies.
Prepare proposals, pricing plans, and progress reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and celebrate wins.
