Job summary

Bleu Abacus Consultancy is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to connect with business owners and management to offer simple, smart financial solutions, including project bonds and business insurance for protection and growth.

You will source leads across key industries, promote bond solutions, present employee benefit packages, and build long-term client relationships to ensure onboarding, renewals, and high satisfaction while targeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma with 1 year sales or customer-facing experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus)
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, target-driven

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source potential corporate clients across key industries to generate new sales leads.
• Promote and structure commercial bond solutions (such as Tender and Performance Bonds) to help businesses free up cash flow and win major contracts.
• Consult and recommend customized business insurance plans to protect client assets, management teams, and operational risks.
• Present corporate employee benefit packages, including group medical coverage and staff incentive programs, to help clients attract and retain top talent.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships, ensuring smooth client onboarding, timely policy renewals, and high customer satisfaction.
• Track sales pipelines and support promotional activities to achieve monthly business targets and expand the company’s corporate market presence.
