Tan & Khong Chambers is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for its Subang Jaya office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing leads, and aligning legal services with client needs.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate outreach campaigns (including social media), prepare proposals, and track performance metrics while collaborating with lawyers across practice areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business development and lead generation.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and nurturing leads for the firm’s legal services. The Business Development Executive will manage client relationships, support account management activities, and collaborate with lawyers to align business strategies with practice areas. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, coordinating outreach campaigns (including social media initiatives), and tracking performance metrics. The role also requires attending client meetings, networking events, and other business-related engagements to strengthen the firm’s market presence.
