Job summary

Usahawan Bersama Teknik Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support/Executive to assist principals and the sales team in arranging customer appointments and joint visits. You will develop strong relationships with customers, EPCC contractors, end-users and equipment owners, and promote products, services and aftermarket solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and a background in business, engineering, marketing or related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, oil & gas, petrochemical or power-related industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist principals and the sales team in arranging customer appointments and joint visits.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, EPCC contractors, end-users and equipment owners.
• Promote products, services and aftermarket solutions.
• Actively follow up on enquiries, quotations, opportunities and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper reporting and follow-up of sales opportunities.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
