Job summary

Bright Prospect Malaysia is seeking a sales‑driven professional in Johor Bahru to manage and grow relationships with existing key customers while identifying new business opportunities and presenting products and solutions to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Hospitality, or related discipline, with at least 1 year of sales or business development experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through business development activities.
• Conduct customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to secure orders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely sales support and resolving enquiries.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate quotations, order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
• Monitor customer activities, market trends, and competitor developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
