Job summary

The Goodnite in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level Retail Sales and Content Creator to support in-store sales and social media.

You will assist walk-in customers, follow up leads, and craft engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including front-camera content and livestreams.

Minimum SPM; sales-driven, confident, and good communication; comfortable on camera; CapCut and AI content tools a plus; weekends required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification required.
• Retail sales experience and social media familiarity preferred.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Basic CapCut knowledge and AI content tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and recommend products to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels.
• Participate confidently in front-camera content creation, livestreams, and promotional activities.

• Perform basic administrative and sales tasks as required.
