Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a energetic store associate to assist customers, manage product displays, and conduct engaging livestream sessions to promote products. You will work alongside the sales team to meet targets and create an enjoyable shopping experience both online and in-store.

The role requires comfortable camera presence, friendly communication, and the ability to work on weekends or holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of camera.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to conduct livestreams on TikTok / Facebook / other platforms.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and product display in the store.
• Handle stock arrangement and basic store operations.
• Conduct livestream sessions to promote products and engage with viewers.
• Introduce product features, promotions, and answer customer questions during live sessions.
• Work with sales/marketing to achieve sales targets.
• Create a fun and interactive shopping experience online and offline.

Requirement
