Job summary

The Goodnite in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic candidate to support retail sales and content creation, helping grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels.

You will engage with walk-in customers, follow up with leads, and contribute to live demos and promotional activities. A camera-friendly attitude and social media enthusiasm are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to work retail hours on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Sales-driven, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut and AI content creation tools.
• Prior experience in retail sales, content creation, or social media will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels.
• Participate confidently in front-camera content creation, livestreams, and promotional activities.
• Manage and maintain social media engagement to attract and connect with potential customers.
• Perform basic administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
