Job summary

SKJ International is seeking an energetic, entry-level candidate to engage with potential customers via social media, email, and instant messaging from our Subang Jaya office. The role focuses on handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting online promotions.

Ideal applicants will have SPM or higher, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and major social platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with potential customers through social media, instant messaging platforms, and email.
• Handle website enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer orders.
• Assist in implementing online promotional campaigns and uploading product listings.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
