Job summary

3A United Sdn Bhd is seeking a retail livestream host to engage customers both in-store and online. The role requires confident on-camera presentation, friendly communication, and the ability to conduct live sessions on platforms like TikTok and Facebook.

Experience in livestreaming is an advantage, with flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, or shifts. Training will be provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of camera.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to conduct livestreams on TikTok / Facebook / other platforms.
• Willing to learn and be proactive.
• Retail or livestream experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays/shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and product display in the store
• Handle stock arrangement and basic store operations
• Conduct livestream sessions to promote products and engage with viewers
• Introduce product features, promotions, and answer customer questions during live sessions
• Work together with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
• Create a fun and interactive shopping experience for customers online and offline
