Ricebowl in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a sales professional to convert leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp, while building strong relationships with key accounts and collaborating with product teams to tailor solutions based on feedback.

The role emphasizes achieving KPIs, exploring upsell opportunities, and adopting Gen AI tools to optimize pitches and engagement with clients. A diploma or higher is required, with at least 1 year in similar industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, with solutions selling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take on extra tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
• Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
