Job summary

BYON FLASH SUITES & HOTELS SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Batu Caves, Selangor. You will manage owner onboarding, build strong relationships with property owners and coordinate with Operations to ensure unit readiness for guests.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing reports in Excel, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Property or Hospitality.
• Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Owner onboarding: manage enquiry to agreement signing and build relationships with property owners.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure units are guest-ready and onboarding progresses smoothly.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends; prepare reports using Excel and maintain CRM records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Business Development Executive (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Batu Caves, Selangor
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (depending on experience)
Vacancies: 2 Positions, Start Date: ASAP / Immediate availability preferred
5 Working Days | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Owner Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Manage the owner onboarding process from enquiry to agreement signing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

• Handle owner enquiries professionally and provide timely follow-up.

• Attend meetings, site visits and property inspections when required.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure newly onboarded units are guest-ready.

• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve owner-related matters.

• Provide recommendations to improve unit performance and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Prepare reports, documentation and business analysis using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain accurate records of owners, units and business activities in the CRM/database.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Property, Hospitality or a related industry.

• Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport for site visits.
