Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam invites a proactive Business Development Executive to join the construction and engineering sector. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth to achieve company goals.

The role is based at our Shah Alam office with a 2-Year Contract (convertible to permanent based on performance). Fresh graduates are welcome, and travel may be required. Mandarin and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of working experience.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Self-starter, highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote Company's branding and all services & engineering.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposal.
• Support the preparation and submission of reports to HOD/Regional/Shanghai HQ.
• Assist & handle ad-hoc task from HOD/Regional/Shanghai HQ.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join construction & engineering industry in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth to achieve company objectives.

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Hour: Mon - Fri 9.00-6.00pm
Work Type: 2-Year Contract (Convertible to permanent based on performance)
Remuneration: Basic RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
