Job summary

Cowidea Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated, proactive Junior Business Development Executive to join our Homestay & Property Management team. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new property owners and properties, and building long-term relationships.

This is a junior-level position with full training on Homestay, Property Management, business development, and basic renovation topics. You will gain hands-on experience in real estate and customer growth while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• No prior Homestay or Property Management experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and property visits.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential property owners.

About the Role

Cowidea Management Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated, proactive and responsible Junior Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of our Homestay & Property Management business.

The main responsibility of this position is to identify and acquire new property owners and properties, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with property owners.

This is a Junior-level position, and extensive industry experience is not required. Full training will be provided to help you develop your knowledge in Homestay, Property Management, Business Development and basic renovation-related matters.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and approach potential property owners.

Follow up with marketing leads provided by the company

Introduce our Homestay & Property Management services to potential property owners.

Arrange meetings and property visits with potential clients.

Follow up with potential owners and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners.

Assist the company in expanding its managed property portfolio.

Assist with the onboarding process for new owners and properties.

Property Owner Relationship & Support

Understand property owners' needs and requirements.

Follow up on owners' enquiries and requests.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams to assist with owner requirements.

Maintain good relationships with property owners and support long-term cooperation.

Renovation & Property Improvement Support

Candidates with basic knowledge of renovation, interior design, furniture, lighting, fittings or property improvement will have an advantage.

You may also assist with:

Understanding owners' renovation and property improvement requirements.

Communicating basic renovation options to property owners.

Following up on renovation, furniture and property setup matters.

Coordinating with our Interior Design, Renovation, Maintenance and Operations teams.

Professional renovation experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, proactive and willing to learn.

Comfortable approaching and communicating with new clients.

Interested in Sales / Business Development.

Enjoy meeting and communicating with clients.

Willing to travel for client meetings and property visits when required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Possess own transportation will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of renovation / interior design will be an advantage.

Ability to communicate in 中文, English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
