Eng Kah Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive (OEM/ODM) to drive new product development from inquiry to launch. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, work with R&D on sampling and timelines, and assist in packaging development and commercial documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in business development support or project coordination within manufacturing, with strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in business development support, project coordination, customer service, or manufacturing‑related roles.
• Experience in OEM/ODM, cosmetics, personal care or FMCG manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customer portals is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

At Eng Kah, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our growing team!

As an established OEM/ODM manufacturer specializing in perfumery, personal care, cosmetics, and household products, we collaborate with brands to transform innovative product concepts into market-ready solutions.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the entire product development journey — from initial customer enquiries and product sampling to packaging development, commercial coordination, and successful product launches.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Drive New Product Development Projects

Coordinate exciting new product development projects with customers and internal teams.

Work closely with R&D to monitor product sampling, development progress, and project timelines.

Support product launches by coordinating specifications, documentation, and production readiness.

Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure projects progress smoothly from concept to commercialization.

2. Explore Packaging & Product Solutions

Collaborate with sourcing teams and packaging suppliers to explore suitable packaging solutions.

Coordinate packaging quotations, costing information and availability.

Support the commercial team in developing competitive product proposals for customers.

3. Manage Customer Projects & Orders

Support customer onboarding and account registration processes.

Coordinate purchase orders, product information and order processing through internal systems.

Work closely with production planning and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Support Commercial & Business Operations

Prepare and coordinate essential commercial documents, including quotations support, invoices, delivery documentation and product‑related certificates.

Collaborate with R&D and Document Control teams to ensure accurate product documentation and regulatory submissions.

Maintain organized project records and ensure timely follow‑ups.

5. Build Strong Customer Relationships

Act as a key coordination point between customers, Account Managers and internal departments.

Support customers by providing timely updates on project progress, order status and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate customer feedback and work with relevant departments to resolve concerns effectively.

Contribute to a positive customer experience and long‑term business partnerships.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.

Preferably 2-4 years of experience in business development support, project coordination, customer service, or manufacturing‑related roles.
