Carya Cosmetics is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our retail presence, e-commerce channels, and strategic partnerships in Malaysia.

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with partners, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and help achieve sales targets while traveling for meetings as required. We value proactive, independent professionals with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent and confident in approaching potential business partners.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business meetings, events and client visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Key responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, distributors, resellers and corporate collaborations

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners

Explore new sales channels and market opportunities to expand Carya Cosmetics' market presence

Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial negotiations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives

Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities

Support retail expansion projects, promotional campaigns and brand collaboration activities

Achieve assigned business development and sales targets

About you
