About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development professional to join Rock Maestro Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our brand management services. As Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue streams. This role is essential to our company's vision of becoming a leading brand management partner for businesses across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new market opportunities and potential clients within the brand management and marketing communications sectors
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a key point of contact
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs and market opportunities

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within marketing, communications, or brand management sectors
• Strong understanding of brand management principles, marketing strategies, and communications best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Malay being advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of the Malaysian business landscape and client base would be highly beneficial
