Job summary

The Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to manage and maintain the RBS membership system, including renewals and updates. You will respond to enquiries across channels, coordinate seminars and events, and assist in business development through referrals and partner coordination.

You will support marketing campaigns, prepare promotional content, and help conduct seminars, including emceeing when needed, while reporting to the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business-related field is preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Canva is a plus.
• Familiar with social media/digital marketing platforms and online campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Rockwills Business Solution (RBS) membership, including renewals, cancellations and member updates.
• Attend to enquiries from RBS members, REPs, employees and clients through email, WhatsApp, Facebook and phone.
• Coordinate and administer seminars, workshops and events, including preparation of schedules and materials.
• Assist in business development activities, including referral services, service provider coordination and follow-up with franchisees.
• Prepare and follow up on RBS reports, membership renewals, vouchers and business activities.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions through Active Campaign, WhatsApp, Facebook and other platforms.
• Prepare promotional materials and seminar content.
• Assist in conducting seminars, including acting as emcee when required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department / Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Canva, social media or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Eager to learn, take initiative and develop a career in Business Development and Marketing.
