Spearhead is recruiting a Junior Event Marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to support planning, promotion and execution of marketing events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work with experienced marketers to develop strategies aligning with client objectives and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries.

The role offers a full-time opportunity with a dynamic team, opportunities for growth, and exposure to end-to-end event campaigns in the Malaysian market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear ideas.

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Event Marketing professional to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, promotion and execution of marketing events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As a Junior Event Marketing professional, you will work alongside experienced marketers and event coordinators to develop and implement event marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives. What you will be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Support the creation of marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral
• Coordinate event logistics and support on-site event execution, including vendor management and attendee engagement
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor events to identify opportunities and best practices
• Maintain event databases and manage attendee communications and registrations
• Monitor event performance metrics and compile reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
• Support post-event analysis and contribute insights for future event improvement
