Spearhead is recruiting a Junior Event Marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to support planning, promotion and execution of marketing events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work with experienced marketers to develop strategies aligning with client objectives and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries.

The role offers a full-time opportunity with a dynamic team, opportunities for growth, and exposure to end-to-end event campaigns in the Malaysian market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear ideas.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software or event platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement event marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, and collateral.
• Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution with vendors and attendees.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor events for opportunities.
• Maintain event databases and manage attendee communications and registrations.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless delivery.
