Job summary

• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Write and produce high-quality proposals and presentation decks with clear logic and visuals.
• Apply AI tools to content creation, information organization, and workflow optimization.
• Track project progress, prepare meeting minutes, and facilitate cross-department communication.
• Research industry materials, competitive intelligence, and client requirements; deliver structured briefs.
• Prepare client proposal materials and project deliverables; participate in client engagements when needed.
• Identify daily operational inefficiencies and implement AI-powered improvements.

The Business Assistant supports the team in day-to-day business operations, departmental proposal writing, and presentation material creation, leveraging AI tools to enhance work efficiency and output quality. The ideal candidate is proficient in mainstream AI tools, possesses strong PPT creation skills, and preferably has experience in a consulting firm or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ø Proposal & Presentation Support: Write and produce high-quality business proposals and presentation decks (PPT), ensuring clear logic and professional visuals.
• Ø AI Tool Application: Proficiently use mainstream AI tools (e.g., large language models, AI image generation, AI data analysis) to assist with content creation, information organization, and workflow optimization.
• Ø Business Coordination: Assist in tracking project progress, preparing meeting minutes, and facilitating cross-departmental communication to ensure orderly execution of tasks.
• Ø Research & Analysis: Collect, synthesize, and analyze industry materials, competitive intelligence, and client requirements, delivering structured research briefs or analytical reports.
• Ø Client Communication Support: Assist in preparing client proposal materials, business correspondence, and project deliverables; participate in client engagements when needed.
• Ø Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies in daily team operations and propose/implement improvement solutions powered by AI or automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ø Education: Bachelor's degree or above; any major accepted, with preference for Business, Management, Communications, or Information Technology.
• Ø Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience; candidates with background in consulting firms, corporate planning, or business analysis are preferred.
• Ø AI Proficiency: Familiar with mainstream AI tools and capable of integrating them effectively into daily workflows; prompt engineering skills are a plus.
• Ø PPT & Documentation Skills: Exceptional PowerPoint creation ability, with a strong understanding of business presentation design standards and visual communication; able to independently produce high-quality proposal documents.
• Ø Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at cross-functional collaboration, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
