Qualifications

Proficiency with mainstream AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
Outstanding PowerPoint design and document production skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Write and produce high-quality proposals and presentation decks with clear logic and visuals.
Apply AI tools to content creation, information organization, and workflow optimization.
Track project progress, prepare meeting minutes, and facilitate cross-department communication.
Research industry materials, competitive intelligence, and client requirements; deliver structured briefs.
Prepare client proposal materials and project deliverables; participate in client engagements when needed.
Identify daily operational inefficiencies and implement AI-powered improvements.
