The role emphasizes defining requirements, workshops, test management, and close alignment with project managers and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting or analysis.
• Strong background in consulting and implementing banking solutions is an advantage.
• Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A proactive and innovative mindset to drive business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage resource plans in alignment with project schedules, working closely with the Project Manager.
• Plan, gather, analyze, and manage business requirements to recommend effective solutions within the project scope.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for bank clients at various levels.
• Perform as a Test Manager, structuring the test strategy and planning to ensure project quality.
• Track and report progress on workshop requirements, documentation, and testing.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to define user requirement scopes during the pursuit stage.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and budget, maintaining highquality standards.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into effective applications.
• Play a key role in forward resource planning, team building, and career development of staff members.
