Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in digital product management, ideally within financial services.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
- Strong skills in preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions.
- Strong analytical, design and critical thinking abilities, with a good understanding of customer journey mapping and process optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to empathise with customer needs.
- Flexible, resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across both Agile and waterfall software development methodologies.

- Analyse, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery
- Prepare approval papers, governance documents and research for new digital initiatives
- Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation
- Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs
- Drive transformation of customer servicing journeys through innovative digital solutions
- Collaborate closely with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders
- Apply design thinking and data-driven insights to enhance digital product experiences
