Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, IT Consulting, or related technology transformation roles.
• Experience in software development or technical delivery environments with understanding of application lifecycles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and software implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage activities, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting software testing, QA, deployment, and change management.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related domains.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective and consistent communication throughout project delivery.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with business process improvement frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Exposure to enterprise applications, system integration, or business technology solutions.
  
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous
