Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to bridge business users and the project delivery team. You will engage stakeholders, understand processes, and capture and analyze requirements to ensure the solution meets business needs while aligning with governance, security, and operations.

You will work with owners, end users, Product Owners, architects, developers, and platform admins throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience on Business Analyst (BA).
BA acts as the bridge between business users and the Project delivery team.
BA engages stakeholders, understands their business processes, captures and analyses requirements.
Proposed solutions should meet business needs while aligning with governance, security and operational requirements.
