CSI Interfusion Inc. is seeking a capable Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to map business needs to IT solutions within Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance domains. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and BRD/FDS development.

You will lead workshops, document requirements, identify gaps, and support testers and deployment teams to ensure successful scope delivery. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is required for stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Experience as a business analyst in Capital Markets, banking, or insurance domains.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese for stakeholder communication and management.
• Solid daily Business Analyst tasks experience and requirement elicitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and defining the initial project scope
• Review business case to define high-level requirements and project scope
• Conduct workshops to identify and confirm user requirements
• Document user requirements for the application
• Assess gaps between capabilities and requirements; identify resolutions
• Develop a Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
• Finalize and sign off the FDS
• Conduct design review sessions with the delivery team
• Define framework for modules requiring generic solutions across the application
• Provide support to testers to validate business needs and functionality
• Assist deployment team with scope-related issues

-Support and defining the initial project scope

-Review Business case provided by the Business architect to define the high-level requirements. This will lead to the project scope

-Conduct workshops to identify and confirm user requirement

-Document user requirements for the application

-Assess gaps between software capabilities and user requirements. Identify resolutions for the gaps identified

- Develop a Business Requirement document (BRD)

-Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS)

- Finalize and sign-off the FDS

-Conduct design review sessions with delivery team

- Define the framework for any module which require to have generic framework/solution across application

-Provide support to testers to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have been met

-Support Deployment team in possible issue relating to project scope.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Must have background experience in one of more the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets, Life Insurance)
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates, required for stakeholder management, Solid Business Analyst experience in daily Business Analyst tasks
