OUTSOURCED EXPERTS SOLUTION SERVICES SDN. BHD. invites fresh graduates to join as Broker Support Assistant to back our Australian mortgage operations.

You will work closely with mortgage brokers and internal teams to assist with client communication, appointment scheduling, document preparation, follow-ups, and day-to-day broker support. No prior mortgage experience is required as training is provided. This role offers development in communication, problem-solving and administrative skills

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, banking, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, arrange appointments and follow up on information.
• Coordinate brokers' meetings, prepare documents, and support daily admin tasks.
• Collect, organise, and update client documents in CRM and records.
• Track tasks and ensure progress on client matters.

We are looking for a Broker Support Assistant to support our Australian mortgage operations. You will work closely with mortgage brokers and internal teams to assist with client communication, appointment scheduling, document preparation, follow-ups, and day-to-day broker support.

No prior mortgage experience is required, as training and support will be provided. You will also develop valuable industry knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills that will support your long-term career growth and open doors to future opportunities within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Follow-ups: Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders, arrange appointments, respond to routine enquiries and follow up on outstanding information.
• Broker & Meeting Support: Coordinate schedules, prepare client information and documents, and assist brokers with daily administrative activities.
• Documentation & CRM Management: Collect and organise client documents, maintain accurate records and update client information in business systems.
• Task Coordination: Track outstanding tasks, follow up on pending requirements, and ensure client matters progress smoothly.
• Team Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with brokers and internal teams to coordinate activities, maintain clear records and ensure smooth handovers.
