We are looking for a Loan Administration Officer to support our Australian mortgage operations. You will work closely with mortgage brokers and internal teams to assist with loan processing, documentation, lender follow-ups, and post-settlement administration.

No prior mortgage experience is required, as training and support will be provided. You will also develop valuable industry knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills that will support your long-term career growth and open doors to future opportunities within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing: Assist with loan applications, loan pricing, property valuations, loan variations, discharge requests, and post-settlement activities.

Documentation & Data Accuracy: Update client and loan information in business systems, review supporting documents and ensure records are accurate and complete.

Lender Coordination: Communicate with banks, lenders and internal teams to follow up on applications, settlements and outstanding requirements.

Administrative Support: Track pending tasks, resolve routine administrative enquiries, and ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, follow established procedures and contribute to smooth daily operations.

About You
