Qualifications

• 3–6 years of branding and marketing communications experience.
• Proven track record in campaigns and product roll-outs.
• Strong social media management and content planning.
• E-commerce or marketplace marketing exposure (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy, positioning, and guidelines across touchpoints.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns and product roll-outs in SG and MY.
• Grow social media presence with content calendars, community, and paid social.
• Lead PR and communications: media relations, press releases, partnerships.
• Oversee content production with agencies and internal teams.
• Plan and manage marketing budget to ensure ROI.
• Track brand health and campaign performance for future improvements.

Branding & Marketing Communications Manager

We're launching an innovative health-tech lighting brand across Singapore and Malaysia - backed by an established, regionally-listed group - and we're looking for a Branding & Marketing Communications Manager to shape its identity, voice, and presence. About the role

Based in Johor Bahru and working across both markets, you'll lead how the brand looks, sounds, and shows up - from campaigns and product roll-outs to social media and PR. You'll work closely with management, in-house team, agencies, and creative partners to bring the brand to life across every channel, online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy, positioning, and guidelines, keeping the brand consistent across all touchpoints
• Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns and product roll-outs across Singapore and Malaysia
• Grow the brand's social media presence - content, calendar, community, and paid social
• Lead PR and communications: media relations, press releases, KOL/influencer partnerships, and brand events
• Oversee content and creative production with agencies, designers, and internal teams
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend delivers measurable ROI
• Track brand health, competitor activity, and campaign performance to sharpen future work
• Manage and support the brand's e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) - storefront content, marketplace campaigns, and brand consistency across listings

About you

• 3-6 years in branding and marketing communications
• Proven track record in brand-building, campaigns, and product roll-outs
• Strong social media management
• E-commerce or marketplace marketing exposure (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field
• Based in Johor Bahru or open to relocating to Johor Bahru
