Job summary

SOL Tech (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Marketing Senior Executive to drive e-commerce growth across Singapore and Malaysia. This role turns marketing plans into action, from campaigns to storefront optimization, across both markets.

You will manage ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), content and social media, and coordinate with management and external agencies to ensure a smooth ad-to-purchase journey. Based in JB with 3–5 years in marketing and fluent English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on e-commerce and digital advertising exposure.
• Proven ability to plan and run campaigns independently, from idea to execution.
• Experience with marketplace platforms and paid advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), monitoring performance and ROI

As we move full speed into e-commerce and prepare to roll out major advertising campaigns, we’re looking for a Marketing Senior Executive who can turn ideas into real results. Based in Johor Bahru and working across both markets, you'll be the person who turns marketing plans into action - from running ad campaigns and executing e-commerce promotions to content, social media, and day-to-day storefront optimisation. You'll work closely with management, the sales team, and external agencies, while supporting some customer service to keep the journey from ad to purchase smooth and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, conversion, and marketplace ranking
• Manage paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), monitoring performance and continuously optimising ROI and cost per acquisition
• Execute digital and social media marketing: content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and posting
• Support brand campaigns and product launches, keeping messaging consistent online and offline
• Maintain e-commerce storefronts — product listings, content, visuals, and promotions
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales support to strengthen customer satisfaction
• Track and report on marketing performance (traffic, conversion, campaign ROI) to management

About you

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on e-commerce and digital advertising exposure
• Proven ability to plan and run campaigns independently, from idea to execution
• Practical experience with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Strong sense of content, social media, and what makes customers click and buy
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
• Based in Johor Bahru or willing to relocate (e.g. from KL or elsewhere)
