Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand to support the development and implementation of our brand strategy across corporate and property touchpoints. You will lead or support corporate and project brand positioning, narratives, value propositions, messaging and creative direction.

You will translate business objectives into practical brand strategies and communication platforms, ensuring consistent market execution and alignment with LBS brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, branding or related field.
• 5–7 years of branding/marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated communications.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of brand strategy across corporate and property touchpoints.
• Lead or support brand positioning, narratives, value propositions, messaging and creative direction.
• Translate business objectives into practical brand strategies and communication platforms.
• Provide brand direction to internal stakeholders and review key brand applications for alignment with standards.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, events and other channels.
• Develop campaign briefs and provide guidance to agencies and partners.
• Support events and brand experiences ensuring consistency from communication to execution.
• Oversee content across websites, social media, EDMs and knowledge hubs.
• Monitor market trends, opportunities and risks and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead projects from briefing to execution, managing timelines and risks.
