Job summary

AEON Kota Bharu in Lembah Sireh is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach promoters, and ensure launches align with timelines. The role requires multi-lingual communication and experience in retail management.

You will drive enhancements to improve customer experience and support sales performance across the store. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, a minimum SPM, and are willing to work six days per week depending on outlet schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or higher with 2 years retail experience.
• Store manager experience encouraged.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin for customer and team communications.
• Willing to work 6 days per week based on outlet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters and follow up with action plans.
• Maintain healthy, productive communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities, openings and launches are on schedule.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve consumer experience.
• Coach and provide customer service training for promoters.
• Assist in solving day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure planograms and store correspondences are carried out per guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm improvements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support all aspects contributing to sales performance.
